✈ Airport Transfer

Q1: How are airport arrivals, bike assembly, and luggage transfers handled in Karachi?
A: Our team meets clients directly at Jinnah International Airport (KHI) arrival hall with private transport. At the hotel, our mechanic assists in unpacking and assembling bikes. From Day 02 onward, our dedicated 4x4 support vehicle transports all bike boxes, main luggage, and spare parts throughout the 2,950 km journey.
Q2: What bicycle setup is best for pedaling from sea level in Karachi to 4,114m on Deosai?
A: A Gravel Bike fitted with 42mm–47mm tubeless tires or a lightweight Hardtail Mountain Bike with wide-range climbing gears (e.g., 10-52T cassette) is ideal. This handles both the fast, flat asphalt highways in Sindh/Punjab and the unpaved dirt, gravel, and stream crossings on Deosai.
Q3: What permits and security NOCs are required for foreign cyclists crossing Pakistan?
A: Cycling through multiple provinces (Sindh, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan) and restricted mountain zones requires official route security registration, entry permits for Deosai National Park, and tourist NOC permits. These are processed and managed by our licensed agency prior to arrival.
Q4: How is support provided during long endurance days across the southern plains?
A: The support van travels in close proximity to the cycling group, maintaining mobile hydration stations with cold water, electrolytes, fresh fruits, and snack supplies, as well as providing air-conditioned seating for riders needing brief rest periods during high heat.
